2017
  • Third institutional partnership formed with two Canadian partners for the acquisition of US$1.3B of multi-family real estate in the southern United States
  • Launch of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 1) Value-Add Fund, a publicly listed closed-end limited partnership listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and traded under the symbols SUVA.A and SUVA.U
2016
  • Consolidation of all Starlight U.S. Multi-Family publicly listed closed-end limited partnerships to form Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 5) Core Fund, a publicly listed closed-end limited partnership listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and traded under the symbols STUS.A and STUS.U with over $260M of total equity raised
  • Second institutional partnership formed with a Middle-Eastern partner for investment in the United States multi-family market
2015
  • First institutional partnership formed with a Canadian partner for investment in the United States multi-family market
  • Launch of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 4) Core Fund, a publicly listed closed-end limited partnership
2014
  • Launch of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 3) Core Fund, a publicly listed closed-end limited partnership
2013
  • Launch of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 2) Core Fund, a publicly listed closed-end limited partnership
  • Launch of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 1) Core Fund, a publicly listed closed-end limited partnership
